HDR Marketing LLC is looking for Enrollment Specialists to join our team!

• As an Enrollment Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their needs and buying products from the store’s showroom. You will provide information about products and services and answer customer questions.
• The ideal candidate has a broad knowledge of products and a willingness to learn. You must be able to provide accurate information about products and services and engage customers in order to increase sales.
• Must be available to work Monday through Friday.

 Please note customer service is a big part of the job.

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues both verbally and written
• Ability to observe and understand customer’s needs
• Ability to problem solve
• Good organizational skills with ability to multi-task
• Must have a strong work ethic, be reliable, and be motivated by the desire to learn new skills. Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Must be able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $800.00 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Southfield, MI 48075: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
